Terms of Use of the Inc. Village of Bellerose’s Web Site


Your access and use of this Web site provided by the Inc. Village of Bellerose (the “Village”) is subject to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Web site.

Village employees, agents, and volunteers using Village-provided devices, Internet connections (including wireless connections) provided by the Village, Village-provided e-mail accounts, intranet and any remote connection to Village systems are subject to the Village’s Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy.

Privacy Policy

The Village reserves the right to use "cookies" on its site. Cookies are computer programs that allow the Village, among other things, to verify whether a visitor is an authorized user of the Village’s system and store information about a user on a computer hard drive or disk. Information stored includes, but may not be limited to, the date and time a user visits the site, and information about the user's activities while online. Any information gathered is obtained solely for the purpose of improving the Village’s services and providing the system with statistical information to assist in improving the services and functions of Bellerose Village government.  Unless otherwise stated in its Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy, the Village will not use cookies to gather Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about any of its users. PII includes, but is not limited to, names, home addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
